Seating Information
Windy City Smokeout is an outdoor multi-day country music and BBQ festival held in United Center Parking Lot C, 1901 W Madison St, Chicago, IL 60612. The festival has a capacity of approximately 20,000 per day.
- General Admission (GA): Open standing area with access to all festival grounds, live music stages, and BBQ vendors. Children 10 and under are free in GA when accompanied by a paying adult.
- VIP: Upgraded access areas with premium viewing and amenities.
- Platinum: Top-tier access with the best views and exclusive festival benefits.
We recommend arriving early to secure your preferred spot near the main stage. Re-entry is allowed with your valid wristband.
Parking Information
Limited parking is available in official United Center lots each day of the festival. We strongly recommend purchasing parking in advance via Ticketmaster, as spots are limited and may sell out.

- Walk-up parking is available at the gate while supplies last.
The best way to get there without parking stress is CTA public transit — service runs directly to the United Center area. Rideshare drop-off (Uber/Lyft) is in Lot E, east of Wood St., directly across from the main festival entrance. For private drop-off, use the NE corner of Madison & Paulina (11 N. Paulina St.).
Box Office Information
The Windy City Smokeout Box Office and Will Call tent is located at the intersection of Madison and Wood St, just outside the main festival entrance.

- Thursday: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM CT
- Friday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM CT
- Saturday: 11:30 AM – 9:00 PM CT
- Sunday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM CT
Off-site Will Call pickup is also available on Monday and Tuesday before the festival, 4:00–7:00 PM CT. Tickets are sold as wristbands — purchase online via windycitysmokeout.com. Do not purchase from unauthorized third-party sellers.
